    What products can I buy online?

    You can purchase LPG accessories such as gas cylinders, cookers, regulators, valves, hoses, hose clips, burners, and gas flow pipes through our online store.

    For safety and operational reasons, cooking gas (LPG refills), petrol, and diesel are sold only at our physical outlets.

    Are your gas accessories safe and approved?

    Yes. We stock quality, approved gas accessories sourced from trusted suppliers. Safe usage also depends on proper installation and handling.

    We strongly recommend using trained professionals for installation.

    Do you sell gas cylinders online?

    Yes. Empty gas cylinders are available for online purchase. LPG refills are not sold online.

    How do I know which regulator or accessory to choose?

    Each product page includes compatibility information. If you are unsure, contact us via WhatsApp or phone and our team will assist you.

    Where do you deliver to?

    We currently deliver within Agege, Abule Egba, Alimosho, Ikeja, Ogba, and nearby Lagos mainland areas.

    How long does delivery take?

    Orders placed before the cut-off time may qualify for same-day delivery. Orders placed later are typically delivered the next business day.

    Delivery timelines may vary due to traffic or operational factors.

    How much is delivery?

    Delivery fees depend on distance and delivery method. The final delivery cost is displayed at checkout before payment.

    What happens if I miss my delivery?

    If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect contact details, re-delivery may attract additional charges. Customers are notified before any extra cost applies.

    Can I return a gas accessory?

    Returns are accepted if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and either defective or incorrectly delivered.

    What items cannot be returned?

    For safety reasons, we do not accept returns on used or installed accessories, items damaged due to misuse, or items reported after 24 hours of delivery.

    How soon must I report a return?

    Return requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or customer support.

    Will I receive a refund?

    Approved returns may qualify for a replacement or store credit. Refunds may be issued where applicable, subject to inspection.

    How can I tell if there is a gas leak?

    Signs of a gas leak include a gas smell, hissing sounds, or bubbles when soapy water is applied to connections. If suspected, turn off the regulator immediately and ventilate the area.

    Can I install gas accessories myself?

    While some accessories may be easy to connect, we strongly recommend professional installation to ensure safety.

    How often should I replace my gas hose or regulator?

    Gas hoses should be replaced every 12–24 months or earlier if damaged. Regulators should be replaced if faulty or leaking.
